  • - As a Platinum Preferred contractor with Owens Corning, our projects were inspected as part of the application process. In order for a fortune 500 company to be willing to offer extended workmanship warranties, they had to be sure of our quality of workmanship.

    - Our clients are given access to a digital photo link documenting the installation process and progress on their homes. Most people are not able to climb their roofs, this feature allows our customers to verify our installations.

    - All sales reps, site supervisors, and installers receive training on current building codes.

    - In addition to a dedicated sales representative, each of our customers is assigned an experienced site supervisor with the technical expertise to ensure installation quality and site clean-up.

  • - Sales Reps, Site Supervisors, and Installers receive ongoing training on our customer experience goals, product knowledge, installation standards, project management, and manufacturer installation instructions to ensure quality installation and ensure the roof system qualifies for manufacturer warranty coverage. We do this through our own in-house curriculum built around our stated mission and values, and with industry experts to stay current with industry best practices.

With that in mind, our focus has always been on delivering a valuable experience rather than racing to the bottom on price. We want our price to focus on quality products, installation practices, and great customer experience. Our reviews and customer ratings reflect that.

  • We hold a Commercial Level Contractor's License. This higher-level licensing requires bonding and an independent review of company finances.

    We carry $2M General Liability Insurance and $1M Workers Comp insurance.

    We present/included License/Insurance documents with every project proposal.

  • On-site supervisors ensures proper protective netting/coverings are in place, safe exit and access for customers to and from their homes. Our roofing specialists are also trained on safety protocols for themselves, the team, and the safety of the customer during the roofing installation.

  • Midcon Exteriors prioritizes the safety of customers, pets, and small children by thoroughly inspecting for wood, nails, metal and other materials before, during, and after installation. A netting system and tarping catch majority of debris and nails. Our clean-up is always finished off with rolling magnets to capture unseen nails often pulling out nails from the original construction.

  • We provide all equipment necessary to safely inspect and document all damaged building materials.

    We access weather data and document and validate weather-related causes of damage.

    We determine a reasonable method of repair in accordance with building codes and acceptable industry standards.

    We will then create a detailed report (photos/video) documenting our findings and put together a game plan for repair options.
