    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Referrals for full roof replacements only (minimum 2,000 square feet)

  • You may not refer your own primary residence, however, if we have replaced the roof on your primary residence, other properties owned by you at separate addresses qualify (rental property, second home, etc.)   

  • Referrals must be made through the referral form prior to the referred property owner having had any initial contact with Midcon Exteriors 

  • A referral reward cannot be used towards any outstanding balances with Midcon Exteriors

  • One referral per one new customer, regardless of number of projects completed for the new customer

  • Company staff and immediate family not eligible
